This Job Applicant Privacy Notice explains what information we collect from candidates during the recruiting and hiring process, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.
When you apply for employment with QeH2, we may collect:
We ask that you do not send us sensitive personal information — such as government identification numbers, financial account details, or health information — as part of your application. If information of that kind is required at a later stage of the hiring process, we will request it directly and explain why it is needed.
We do not use your application information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

We do not sell applicant information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Employment application and recruiting information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting activities, consideration for future opportunities, business recordkeeping, and compliance with applicable laws. If you would like your application information removed from consideration, contact us using the details in Section 9.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect applicant information, and we limit access to those who need it to carry out the hiring process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
