Mills, plants, clinics and the offices behind them keep deep East Texas moving, and none of them can idle while a server sulks. QeH2 runs monitoring around the clock, layered security and a support line staffed by people, ninety miles south of our Tyler office on US-69.

A wood-products office, a distribution dock and a specialty clinic fail in completely different ways. We size the stack to how your Lufkin operation really runs, then keep it current, protected and under watch on nights, weekends and holidays.
We watch your systems around the clock and resolve issues before they become outages.
Operating systems, apps, and firmware kept current and secure — automatically.
Routine tune-ups and health checks keep performance high and surprises low.
We deal with your tech vendors so you have one number to call for everything.
Clear monthly reporting and an IT roadmap aligned to your business goals.
Predictable monthly cost — no surprise invoices, no break/fix games.
Why QeH2
Lufkin has never had much patience for talk that outruns the work. QeH2 puts the scope in writing, names the date, and closes the ticket when we said we would.
Lufkin grew up around sawmills. The timber boom that began in the 1890s built the Angelina County Lumber Company, Southland Paper followed, and in 1902 a group of lumbermen opened a foundry to repair mill machinery — the shop that became Lufkin Industries and went on to build oilfield pumping units, trailers and heavy gearing sold worldwide. The mills that remain are quieter and far more automated, and the payroll has spread out: poultry and food processing, Angelina College, Brookshire Brothers, defense work, distribution, and two hospitals serving patients from well beyond Angelina County.
None of that runs on a full IT department. A wood-products office, a food plant, a trucking outfit and a six-provider clinic all depend on systems that have to be up before the first shift, and most of them lean on whoever on staff is best with computers. That is the job managed IT takes off your desk. QeH2 owns the whole environment — domain, endpoints, firewall, switching, wireless, backups and every vendor contract tangled up in them — and keeps it watched, patched and documented. Where it earns its keep, we move email, files and line-of-business apps to the cloud. Where it does not, we tell you straight.
Ninety miles separates Lufkin from our Tyler headquarters, and that distance is exactly why this practice was built remote-first: monitoring that catches a failing drive at two in the morning, fixes that land before the doors open, and a truck sent only when the problem is genuinely physical. The stakes on cybersecurity are no lower for being out here. Clinics hold protected health records, manufacturers hold customer drawings and supplier pricing, and food processors answer to buyers who now audit their vendors. We layer endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, email filtering and restore-tested backups, and we keep the proof of it current.
