Then design backward from those numbers instead of buying storage and hoping.
Test in February, not in April. A restore drill costs an afternoon and tells you the truth: whether the image boots, whether anyone remembers the credentials, whether the documentation still matches reality after a year of changes. Before spring, confirm generator and UPS batteries, verify the offsite copy is immutable so ransomware cannot reach it, and make sure staff can work from home the same day. Weather and cybersecurity failures look identical from the user's desk, and good managed IT plans for both with the same discipline.
